1. Ownership of Content and Designs

All content available on this website—including but not limited to brand names, logos, text, blog posts, graphics, product photography, website design, layout, and custom illustrations —is the exclusive property of MAHJOA.

All original product designs, colorways, and artwork featured on our Mahjong tiles and playmats are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

2. User-Uploaded Content & Custom Photo Rights (Likeness & Copyright)

To utilize our 1:1 custom photo-sculpting services (e.g., photo-based hero miniatures or personalized busts), you may be required to upload reference photographs or images. By submitting any image or design to MAHJOA, you represent and warrant that:

1. Ownership & Permission: You own all copyright and likeness rights to the uploaded photograph, or you have obtained explicit, legal authorization from the individual(s) depicted in the photo to use their likeness for custom product manufacturing.

2. Non-Infringement: The uploaded image does not violate any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights.

3. Limited License to MAHJOA: You grant MAHJOA a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (for 3D modeling purposes), and print the uploaded image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your custom order.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAHJOA against any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from a breach of your representations regarding user-uploaded content.

3. Third-Party Trademarks & Game System Compatibility Disclaimer

MAHJOA designs and crafts original, custom accessories compatible with various tabletop games, roleplaying games (TTRPGs), and tile games.

•  Compatibility: References to third-party games or game systems (such as Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Mahjong, etc.) are strictly used for descriptive purposes to indicate product compatibility.
• No Affiliation: MAHJOA is an independent creator and manufacturer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Wizards of the Coast LLC, Hasbro, or any other third-party tabletop game publishers. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. 

4. Limited Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access this website for personal, non-commercial shopping use only.

You strictly may not:

The use of these trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not authorized by MAHJOA, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or disparage the brand, is strictly prohibited.

6. Enforcement and Anti-Counterfeiting

We actively monitor global marketplaces, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels for intellectual property infringements. MAHJOA takes a zero-tolerance approach to counterfeiting and plagiarism.

In the event of unauthorized use of our copyrighted designs, images, or trademarks, we will take immediate legal action, which may include filing DMCA takedown notices, issuing cease-and-desist letters, and seeking statutory damages through legal channels.

7. Intellectual Property Complaints (DMCA Policy)
