Refund and Return Policy
At MAHJOA, we want you to love your American Mahjong experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (especially for our premium Mahjong tiles, mats, and inflatable/floating items).

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, or items explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@mahjoa.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
⚠️ Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong tiles sent), MAHJOA will cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
