Thank you for shopping at MAHJOA! We are dedicated to delivering your custom tabletop accessories, personalized TTRPG miniatures, dice holders, and Mahjong essentials safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and crafted within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Please Note for Custom Orders: Because our 1:1 photo-sculpted miniatures, custom busts, and personalized gear require meticulous 3D modeling and precision resin printing, creation time is included within this processing window. * You will receive another notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has officially shipped. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for customers :

• Please note: Depending on the complexity and size of your custom order (such as custom dice holder busts or multi-piece game sets), shipping times may occasionally vary slightly based on your destination location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages & Issues

MAHJOA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Shipping Methods

We support international shipping through reliable logistics carriers. The available shipping method may vary depending on your shipping address and order destination. Common shipping carriers may include postal services, international couriers, or local delivery partners (USPS/UPS/FedEx, etc.)
