1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for customers :

• Please note: Since our American Mahjong sets and Floating Mahjong mats can be heavy or oversized, shipping times may occasionally vary based on your location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages & Issues

MAHJOA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Shipping Methods

We support international shipping through reliable logistics carriers. The available shipping method may vary depending on your shipping address and order destination. Common shipping carriers may include postal services, international couriers, or local delivery partners (USPS/UPS/FedEx, etc.)
